Urban Compass:

The Challenge: 
Traditional site selection often relies on grueling “street-pounding” and gut feeling. We wanted to bridge this gap by transforming overwhelming urban big data into an intuitive tool, helping smaller business owners find the “perfect fit” in an ever-changing city.


The Approach & Outcome: 
We launched a lightweight WeChat Mini Program that distills complex layers of population flow and transit networks into real-time heatmaps. By simply selecting a location and cuisine type, users receive an automated score based on three vital pillars: Foot Traffic, Competitiveness, and Delivery Potential. This “urban compass” demystifies the commercial DNA of a neighborhood, turning a once-grueling analytical task into an effortless, data-driven experience for
food service operator.
